Happy 2024 friends!  Hope you are warm, safe and enjoying your music, friends and family.  Basic ingredients for a good life!  District 5 has been keeping busy jamming once a week and dressed up to play Christmas tunes for the Retsil VA facility.  Fun times.  We’ll be playing Breaking Up Christmas for a few last times until next year.In the meantime, we are still jamming next door to Dick’s Sporting Goods in the Silverdale Mall the First  and Third Tuesday of each month from 1-4pm.  Come on by and bring some friends.

Our January meeting was moved to an earlier date due to the need for our regular meeting space by others.  When we meet on the third Saturday for our next meeting we will meet from Noon to 3, February 17th as several members plan to attend the Oly Old Time Festival.  Our Old Time Jam without music will resume for the March meeting at 11 am.  We’re having lots of fun and building confidence doing this!

Have you renewed your membership?  Check it out.  Best deal I know.   Now, start thinking about Fiddle Camp 2024….some warmth to look forward to during these cold days of January and February.
