2025 Fiddle Camp is only 6 months away! Are you getting excited?
Dates for this year are Monday, July 28 – Friday August 1st. We will again be at the Chelan County Expo Center (Fairgrounds).
Registration Opens Monday April 7th, 2025.
We had such a great response with the new location and camping options and we thank you all that worked through the heat with us. We have made some BIG changes in hopes to minimize the impact the heat has on the classes. No, we didn’t build new buildings, and no, we didn’t add A/C to the Beef & Horse Barn. All classes will be in the buildings that have A/C or are able to be managed with the swamp coolers or portable A/C units.
How are we able to get all the classes into those buildings, you ask? We will be breaking the day up into Three (3) Sessions. For your registration fee, you will be able to select two (2) sessions for the week. The first session is from 9:00-11:30am, second session 12:30-3:00pm, and third session will be from 3:30-6pm. If you are an over achiever and want to sign up for all three sessions, there will be an option for that. We are also changing our Learn to Play (LTP) classes to Four – One hour class Monday-Thursday from 3:30-4:30. This will be offered for Fiddle, Guitar, and Mandolin. These classes are for those that have never played the instrument before. The cost for the LTP classes is $50.00. If you sign up for one of the LTP classes, you will not be allowed to sign up for another class of the same instrument. (Class changes are still an option on the first day of camp)
Are you a member and want to come hangout with us for the week and not take any classes? We have an option for that! Campsites are available for $25/night and available Sunday-Thursday night. Please purchase your campsite via the camp registration once open (April 7th).
Below is a reminder of the Fiddle class level breakdown and a quick snapshot of the classes and instructors. More definition will be given once I get the class descriptions back and will be posted on Facebook & the Fiddle Camp website (fiddlecamp.wotfa.org).
