We had our monthly meeting and jam on September 17th. We had another good jam. Our program at Monroe house on September 17th, was well received by the residents of the facility. It is not a monthly playout, but we may return sometime in the future. We are adding another playout to our monthly schedule in October. We will be playing at Othello Care, formerly Avalon, at 1:00 on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. We are now playing at all the places we did before Covid. We don’t have any other events scheduled at this time, other than our monthly playouts.
The George Washington Bluegrass festival went well, and it was good to see some members from other districts again this year.
