We're excited to announce that the 2024 Cultural Focus is Meraki. Meraki marks the 3rd chapter of our 5-year Cultural Focus storyline. Meraki derives from the Greek language and means doing something with passion, soul, and love. In 2022, our first in-person festival out of the pandemic, Metamorphosis asked that we accept and welcome change
We begin at 3:00 pm and this allows folks to come and go with a more flexible schedule. The jams continue until about 10:00 pm (or a bit later) at the Sisco Heights Community Club, 13527-99th Ave NE, Arlington, WA 98223. We also have coffee and welcome finger treats to enjoy.
We get together to jam, socialize and learn. Many people bring snacks to share, but that is not required. This is an extra jam to tide us over until the next event in September because we wanted to keep getting together longer than we originally planned this year. Everyone is welcome. June campout - scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday June 7th, 8th and 9th at the Quilcene Community Center in Quilcene. We are hoping to have a dance, lots of jamming and good food.
