It’s that time of year again — membership renewals are now open!

All memberships expire on December 31, 2025, and we truly appreciate your continued support as we look ahead to another great year of music, friendship, and community in 2026.

  1. Log in to your member account at wotfa.org and click “Login” from the menu.

  2. From the Membership Menu, click “Pay Dues” to complete your renewal.

Forgot your login? No problem!
Click “Forgot your password?” and follow the on-screen instructions to regain access.

📬 Important! New Membership Mailbox Address

⚠️ Our Membership Mailbox address has changed.
Any mail sent to the old address will not be forwarded and will be returned to the sender after December 31, 2025.

Please be sure to use the new address listed on the updated Membership Application Form (two per page) — available for you to print and distribute as widely as possible.

You can also find the single-page version on the WOTFA website under the Membership menu.

If you have any printed materials showing the old address, please recycle and replace them with versions reflecting the new mailbox address.

💵 Where Your Membership Dues Go

Your dues keep the Washington Old Time Fiddlers Association running strong all year long.
They help cover essential expenses like:

  • Required government filings to maintain nonprofit status
  • Website hosting and maintenance
  • Monthly rental fees for meetings, jam spaces, and storage (for fiddle camp equipment and supplies)
  • And much more that keeps our fiddling community connected and thriving
