2021 is rolling and picking up steam. The time is sure passing quickly around here. It is hard to believe that March is over and summer is just around the corner. We are all hoping for a different type of year in 2021.
Excerpt from https://coronavirus.wa.gov/what-you-need-know/safe-start/whats-open:
“On March 11, 2021, Gov. Jay Inslee announced that the Healthy Washington: Roadmap to Recovery will be transitioning from a regional approach to a county-by-county evaluation process. The governor also announced that a new third phase of the Roadmap has been added, and effective Monday, March 22, the entire state will enter Phase 3. More detailed information can be found in this article from the Governor’s Office. Find your county’s phase here.”
What this means for WOTFA is that we are getting closer to a “normalcy” that we have not had for over a year. We started meeting again, with limited constraints , when Phase 2 was enacted. With Phase 3 this will allow more folks to attend meetings and jam sessions. Phase 3 allows for 50% capacity instead of 25%. There are still restrictions in place and I encourage all members to review the websites above for more information regarding the restrictions.
More information regarding Fiddle Camp will be forth coming, with the hope still holding that we will be able to get together in Moses Lake in July. Keep an eye on your email and the WOTFA website for developing information and news regarding Fiddle Camp registration.
I hope that everyone is staying healthy and focused on getting back to what we considered a normal life.
