Hi Everyone:
We will be resuming our regular monthly music jams for District 9 on Friday, June 4th from 10 am-12:00pm at the Adna Grange in downtown Adna. It won’t be a potluck, so bring any food or snacks for yourself or your family. To my knowledge the Grange won’t be offering lunch that day either, but the new Burger Bar next to the Adna Store is open now so food is available close by .
We’ll have a really brief meeting before the jam starts, and I’ll have copies of the tune that many folks are working on right now, ‘Mouth of the Tobique’ in Am, a wonderful Canadian dance tune that is performed by music groups all over North America. You can also find standard notation music (sheet music) and midi files of the tune on the internet at the abc notation website.
If you need tab for the tune let me or Kelvy know and we can get it to you.
