Hi Everyone:
Happy Springtime and everything that goes with it like beautiful flowers, singing birds and the sound of Old Time Music. District 9 has continued more or less unchanged in terms of how many Covid cases we have from week to week, with no big spikes or dips, so I’m thinking that since some of the other WOTFA Districts have resumed their jams that we should as well. Obviously, social distance guidelines will apply, and we will need to monitor the level of Covid cases closely, but I’m optimistic about resuming in person jamming.
As soon as I have venue (location) lined up I will let everyone know, and we can plan from there.
In the meantime, be sure to register online for FiddleCamp so Corrine and Tyler can get an accurate headcount of who is going this year.
That’s it for now, and here is yet one more playlist of interesting and sometimes obscure tunes from my iPod;
