Hi Everyone:
For the month of April we have the following things going on:
FRIDAY, APRIL 4th from 11am-1pm: OPEN ACOUSTIC JAM & Meeting at the Lewis County Historical Museum, located at 599 NW Front Way in downtown Chehalis. The museum has lots of parking by the front entrance with some overflow parking by the kitchen entrance. We will be just inside the main entrance for the jam. There will be coffe & tea and some snacks but it won’t be a potluck. The museum doesn’t charge us to jam there but they do ask if people could put a few dollars in The museums donation jar they would be grateful. It’s located at the desk by the main entrance.
MONDAY, APRIL 7th: FiddleCamp registration opens. Everything is online this year and you will need to be a WOTFA member to attend FiddleCamp classes. You can join at the time you register for FiddleCamp.
The website is www.fiddlecamp.wotfa.org Scholarships are available for any District 9 members who are under age 18, just let me know names and ages before you sign up.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9th from 4:00-5:00pm: Colonial Stillwater Estates Playdate. Colonial is located at 2709 Colonial Drive, just off Cooks Hill Road and about 3/4 mile past Providence Centralia Hospital. We will be in the Residence Building which is the big white building with pillars. The music parlor is just inside the main entrance and to the left.
There will be NO COLONIAL PLAYDATE IN MAY.
Please give me (Christie) a call or text if you have questions or need an April playlist.
