Happy March and St Patrick’s Day!  For this month we will be having our usual District 9 monthly meeting and jam on Friday, March 4th at 10 am at Faith Baptist Church, 436 Coal Creek Rd in Chehalis.  To get to the Church, take I-5 to exit 79, then head EAST .  Turn LEFT on N. National Ave and go 0.3 miles, then turn RIGHT onto Coal Creek Rd. From there go 1.1 miles and then turn RIGHT into the Church driveway at 436 Coal Creek Rd.We’ll try to play as many Irish & Celtic themed Old Time Fiddle tunes as we can think of to celebrate St Patrick’s Day which is on Thursday, March 17th.  I’ll bring some Irish tune sheet music with me to pass out at the jam, please let me know if there’s a specific Irish or Celtic tune you would like to learn or need music for.  There will be coffee & tea at the jam but it won’t be a potluck.  Everyone is welcome.

And don’t forget to renew your WOTFA membership this month if you are planning to attend FiddleCamp 2022, which will take place July 11-15 at the Moses Lake Christian Academy in Moses Lake. The registration for FiddleCamp will be next month, so it’s coming right up!
