District 8 did host the monthly meeting and jam on Sunday Nov 21 at the Fred Oldfield Heritage Center located at the Puyallup fairgrounds. It was really nice to see folks in person and start playing those great tunes again. Sometimes it was hard to recall the names of tunes that we’d played for many years, but we’ll get better. You should plan on joining us next month!
December 19 2PM-5. We’ll meet again! Be sure to mark your calendars! The meeting is short, the jamming long. This location is easy to find. From the front of the fair on Meridian, turn onto 9th Avenue SW. Go about 2 blocks. That’s it! The Center is well marked on the left, parking is across the street. Be sure to put this on your calendars!

November 19 This Gig Harbor jam went well too. The goal is to hold this event on a monthly basis. Bring mask.
December 3 Friday 3:30 Another Gig Harbor jam at Wilco Farm Store – 3408 Hunt St NW, Gig Harbor WA 98335
You’ll park in the main parking lot, walk in the main doors, and head out back to the “Stroh’s Community Event Hall”

December 13 1PM – 3PM. There will be a jam at the Puyallup Senior Activity Center.
