I hope you have all had a wonderful summer.  Even though it was a bit warmer there for awhile than most of us like, it was good to see so much sunshine to lift everyone’s spirits after such a wet and cool spring.  Now, as we move into fall, it’s time for normal schedules to resume.

Our regular meetings will resume on the 3rd Saturday of September — the 17th at the Kitsap Square Dance Club in Gorst.  The tune learning will begin at 11:00 am, followed by the business meeting at noon.  Jamming will ensue following the meeting until about 2:45, allowing for clean-up prior to leaving at 3:00.  The first Thursday evening jam at the Salmon Center in Belfair takes place from 6-9 pm.  The 2nd and 4th Thursday afternoon jams in the big barn at the Salmon Center are from 1-4 pm.  We are playing at the Port Orchard Farmers’ Market on Saturday, September 10th and the Poulsbo Farmers’ Market on Saturday, September 24th.  Contact Kay McCarthy for time and details if you would like to join us at either event at kaycmccarthy@gmail.com
