We begin at 3:00 pm and this allows folks to come and go with a more flexible schedule. The jams continue until about 10:00 pm (or a bit later) at the Sisco Heights Community Club, 13527-99th Ave NE, Arlington, WA 98223. We also have coffee and welcome finger treats to enjoy.
Emerald City Contra Dance with the Seattle Folklore Society present Contra dancing every Friday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center 6532 Phinney Avenue North, Seattle (98103) in the Community Hall of the brick building, near the lower parking lot Beginner’s workshop at 7:00 pm (or thereabouts). We get together just to jam, learn, eat, socialize once a month. It's really a fun time to play music together. If there is interest, we usually have someone who will teach a lesson on guitar or mandolin and we also try to schedule fiddle teachers on certain months. All are welcome. Come anytime you

Usually a hosted Jam, located at 8310 Greenwood Ave. N in Seattle, the back room is reserved from 6pm on. Come early to get food, beer, etc. Cover is $4, or $2 with food, beverage, or book purchase. There is a separate vessel labeled "Tips for the lead fiddler"
