DESCRIPTION:Please join WOTFA District 9 for our 4th Friday of the month playdate on January 28th\, 2026 from 3:30 pm-4:30 pm at Sharon Care Center\, located at 1509 Harrison Ave in Centralia. To find Sharon Care take I-5 to the Harrison Ave exit and head West on Harrison Ave past the Safeway. Go about a mile\, then take a left just past the Dollar General Store on Fords Prairie Ave. Sharon Care will be on your right. Go all the way to the back of the building and park\, the main entrance is there. We will be playing in the skilled dining room\, which is just a short distance inside.\nWe will be using the January playlist.

DESCRIPTION:Emerald City Contra Dance \nwith the Seattle Folklore Society present Contra dancing every Friday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center \n6532 Phinney Avenue North\, Seattle (98103) \nin the Community Hall of the brick building\, near the lower parking lot \nBeginner’s workshop at 7:00 pm (or thereabouts). Dance from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. \n  \nAdmission prices (cash or check only): \n\nSliding scale $10-$20.\nStudents $5 with a school ID.\nFree for people under the age of 16.\n\nAdmission limited to 100 people. This total includes paying & non-paying dancers\, musicians\, callers\, children\, and adults acting like children. (In short\, everyone.) \nFirst time contra dancers get a coupon for free admission to their next dance.\nCoupon redemption limited to first five coupons on any single night. \nFollow us on Facebook.
