Well this has certainly been an interesting year so far. With not much happening in the fiddle world, at least here in Washington. I hope this finds you all well and looking forward to getting back together soon.
The WOTFA Board of Directors held their Summer Meeting on August 4, 2020. Following Social Gathering Guidelines, the board met via an online meeting. The board did hold elections/appointment of officers for the coming year. And decided to put off district election of officers until next year.
New appointments for officers included only the Secretary. Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Katie Gotshall as the new Secretary for the Washington Old Time Fiddlers Association.
I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Denise Jennings for her dedication and service as Secretary to the WOTFA. Thank you Denise.
